Robert Burstein is Managing Partner of RB Legal Recruiting, and he is passionate about legal recruiting. Growing up, his mother had a boutique executive recruiting firm where he worked throughout his youth. After graduating from law school, Robert wanted to blend his love for recruiting with his legal education and decided to pursue a career in recruiting.
Robert has a very strong work ethic and he is committed to a streamlined hiring process marked by a high degree of responsiveness and partnership to and through the candidate’s first days at their new firm. He provides up to date market insights and has a consultative approach with both candidates and clients.
An attorney admitted to practice in New York, Robert is focused on recruiting lateral attorneys, partners and practice groups. Robert graduated from the University of Virginia, with a B.S. in Psychology, and from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace, with a J.D. Robert enjoys playing chess in his spare time.
